Custom Home Site Restoration

Westcliffe, Colorado

We worked closely with a prestigious Colorado custom home builder to address the homeowner’s concerns and improve the property surrounding her new home. After another company’s initial excavation work fell short of her expectations, we were brought in to make thoughtful improvements with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Our work helped restore her excitement about the property surrounding her new beautiful home.

We leveled and graded the driveway for proper drainage, then laid road base along its full length, creating a clean, cohesive finish from the property’s long winding entrance to the home.

In-Ground Trampoline Excavation

Monument, Colorado

This Monument backyard is ready for more fun! We excavated the space and helped install for an in-ground trampoline, carefully considering placement around large tree roots and underground utilities. With minimal equipment and extra care, we kept disruption to the yard to a minimum.

Crushed Asphalt Driveway

Black Forest, Colorado

Deep ruts, washouts, and poor drainage had left this driveway in need of attention. Serving both a private home and an event property in Black Forest, the driveway needed to be ready for everyday use and arriving guests. We restored the surface, addressed drainage concerns and added crushed asphalt to create a smoother, more welcoming approach.

Electrical Service Trenching

Old North End, Colorado Springs

Taking electrical service underground meant digging a 100 foot long, 30 inch deep trench across this property, from the alley, through the driveway, and into the backyard. We tackled the excavation efficiently, minimizing disruption and getting the homeowners back to their normal routine the same day.
